The main reason I have figured out is lack of stimulating the scalp with clean and rinse. Smoke and ashtrays cause hair loss. Listen to a man before a woman about the issue becaue men seem to fall apart easier from pollution in my opinion. Try less hot water when showering. Lean back into a rinse instead of forward. Shampoo and rub scalp and hair for ten minutes straight sometimes. Once in awhile show it some care with a brush. Gel. Gel is good. Slick it back after lathering it on. The slight pressure at the border of the hair stimulates it and you will notice progress in your next hair wash. When sleeping, observe the surface your head is upon. Clean pillow-cases often.
