Of course they do, they just don't have the same 'pictures' we see.
If a person loses his sight after the age of about 10 or so, they will continue to dream throughout their life just as they did when they had vision.
Those that lose their vision at a younger age (2-3) will have some residual images.
Those that are born blind don't have the same images, they may see flashes of light but their dreams will consist of what they know best.. sounds. They rely on their sense of hearing more then sighted people so while we have dialog in our dreams, most of it is a visual dream.

They would have to dream I would think. But what would they see during the dreams? Maybe what they think things look like? I don't know any blind people to ask.

Yes I am sure they do.
The only differences between blind people and us is they can't see. They enjoy sport, music, even watching movies.

One blind man I met climbed to the summit of mount Everest.

But just to make sure I will ask a blind person tomorrow
and the answer is see.

If the people were born blind, they have no visual imagery; the dreams consist of impressions from the other senses -- touch, hearing, smell, and taste. If the people were sighted and then became blind, their dreams contain visual imagery - but these visual dreams might cease to occur eventually

I totally agree with "sassydontpm's". She is a expierienced female and if I were you I would definetily give her a "Best Answer"
Blind people may not have dreams. Though may dream of some flashes.
Pease for my sake give "sassydontpm's" a "Beat Answer" cuz I really think she deserves it.

of course they do- everyone has dreams when they sleep (even if they don't remember). people dream with the senses they use in experiencing life. sort of like people who speak spanish (as their first language), dream in spanish. people who are born blind simply speak another language.
