I know this one!
There was a wise guy who told me to say this when I asked him for a good local Greeting to use when I went to Secunderabad in India where I was going to meet a gorgeous lady entrepreneur on business.
It's Telugu for "I love you".
Fortunately, I double checked and the other guy told me this guy was trying to be a wise guy!
Well, he's quite wise now, 'cause he's looking for another job.
Cheers!

There were two friends at an international student hostel, one indian and one chinese. Once the chinese met with serious accident, admitted in iccu at hospital. Indian friend went to meet him, asked with emotions, dear how are you ? That chinese guy did not know English. He spoke " Ei chen tyong yu don chie upper syan" He repeated same twice.... and died immediately.
After some years Indian friend visited China, eagerly asked one chinese teacher what is the meaning of " Ei chen tyong yu don chie upper syan ?" The answer was " You fool, quickly lift you leg from oxygen rubber pipe, else I will die".
