probably the best way to get started then is to modify the way a push up is done. normal push ups are done with ur body stretched fully out and ur toes and hands holding ur body up. if this is proving to be too hard then try the following....

get into a push up position and then bend ur knees. so now ur body is held up by your hands and knees.so kind of like ur kneeling ready for prayer and then u stretch ur upper body out into a push up position. when doing ur push ups this way make sure ur *** isnt sticking out when u go down. if it is, ur doing it WRONG. u may find thatur body is down and ur hands are on the ground, and the inclination of ur knees is at a 45 degree angle...this is what u need. so when doing ur modified push up, when u got down to the ground, make sure your back is as straight as possible.

start doing ur push ups this way and u should feel it working. as this gets easier modify it again. start in the modified position, then push urself up to a certain position and then follow this by extending your legs out into a full position. another option is to have one leg bent on the floor and the other fully extended in the air.....give those a go and im sure in no time u will be able to perform full push ups....good luck

The easiest pushup up is to just stand in front of a wall and do a standing pushup against the wall. If that's too easy, get on your hands and knees and do a pushup from that position, keeping the knees rested on the floor.

Also try the regular pushup position, but don't go down very far, just go slow to a comfortable position, even if it's just 5 inches from your starting point.. hold for as long as you can in that position. Eventually you'll build some strength.

Do whatever pushups you can until you can't do anymore, your arms just won't budge. Then be sure to eat plenty of protein and try again in 3-5 days. You'll build some muscle this way and be doing a ton of regular pushups before you know it.

Eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. No solids of liquids other than water in between. Please include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fresh fruits in ur diet.

Please chew each morsel of food 32 times. This activates ur body system to monitor ur food intake.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day. These changes in ur routine will enable u to achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable time.

Start by doing push ups on your knees. Lie flat on the floor, place your hands flat on the ground as close to your shoulders as comfortably possible, and push your upper half up while your knees are on the ground. Do these every day until you can do ten. Then try to do them with your legs straight, pushing up with your toes on the ground. Good luck.

No easy way of doing them correctly. You have to start little by little and push more and more til your pushup count increases. Like everything else, takes training and time.
