Could Doritos be more healthier than Potato Chips?
Iam A chips person and believe me ive cut out chips but i want to eat chips again i only eat a few i dont eat the whole bag so please tell me what are some healthychips to eat that are everywhere nationwide!

it would be great if there would be such thing...
there are no fattening foods, there are only calories. you gain weight when you consume more calories than you spend.
my advice - count calories, cut off something so you can have some chips if you cant live without them.

They r all fried and hence equally bad.

Eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. No solids of liquids other than water in between. Please include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fresh fruits in ur diet.

Please chew each morsel of food 32 times. This activates ur body system to monitor ur food intake.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day. These changes in ur routine will enable u to achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable time.

all chips will contribute to weight gain if eaten in large quantites but baked chips are a little less fatty.
