take beano before eating
dont eat that much gas causing foods which are breads, fruit, vegetables, pasta, rice, milk, sweets, pastries, sodas, caffeine etc.
you should ofcourse eat 5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day but try to chose less gas causing ones (like grapes, apples, carrots, beans, corn)
and...portion controll. dont overeat.

to get rid of intestinal gas, you should try farting.
and if you're curious as to why you have gas, take a good whiff of one of your farts, and then try and distinguish what you ate that gave it that rich aroma
