we met late last year and by Jan 15th,he had borrowed the first lot. in the month of jan he borrowed 4 times and in feb he borrowed 2 times. In March he has borrowed once and it will be thrice very soon. I asked him to tell me when he will be paying me and all he said is I give him some time. I asked for specific time so that I could plan, he said i made him feel like he made a mistake. I was not amused.

If he hasn't paid you back anything yet then it's very unlikely that he will ever pay you back. You have nothing to lose except more money so from now on, when he asks for money, tell him "no". Make any excuse you want. Tell him you are overburdened with bills, or your mother needed a loan, or tell him the truth--that you are not going to give him anymore until he pays you back. If you stand by what you say and refuse to give him anymore he will do one of two things--he will leave you and go find someone else who will "loan" him their money or he will pay you back.
Right now I think he is just using you and will take advantage of you until you refuse to give him anymore at which time he will disappear. He could prove me wrong but I seriously doubt it.

I'm afraid your getting into a bad problem. What i would suggest. lend him no more money til he has paid back at least some of what he owes. now being as you have already started a pattern of giving him money you need to break that personally i would just tell him you dont have it if he is a decent man or young man he will understand if not cut your losses and kick him to the curb.

YOU made HIM feel like he made a mistake??? That's rich! The only mistake that has been made here is your willingness to pour money down the bottomless hole that is your deadbeat boyfriend. Kiss your money good-bye, because you are never going to see it again, and move on quickly! Before you give him any more.

Umm..stop giving him money. You may not get it back. Does he work? Maybe he has a drug habit or has a gambling debt. He should not keep asking you. And dont let him make you feel guilty. You have every right to know where your $$ is going. Good luck.

Yeah, once is okay, maybe even twice...he could be the reluctant type...but it sounds like he's using you. Kiss the money goodbye and tell him goodbye as well!
