Walking, for sure (at a brisk pace would be ideal). Humans were designed for walking, and I've found it to be one of the best forms of exercise. 15 minutes on an exercise bike isn't much, even if it is at a high intensity. Of course, the exercise bike has its uses. Get walking!

a 30 min walk better but i would say a 15 min bike just to make it more of a workout! Try running it will cover all exercises!

on a exercise bike you still need 5 minutes to warm up and 5 minutes to cool down that add to 25 minutes either way is good.
but if i could do the bike i would.
the bike can burn lots of calories

A bike would be more consistent. I mean that it is easier to ride at a steady pace for 15 min. than it is to walk at a steady pace for half an hour.

Depends what you want the exercise to do for you.
For fat burn, probably 30 minutes walking.
For cardio, I'll take the bike.

Whats best is to mix it up day to day. Don't just settle for one exercise so your body has to constantly guess on what exercise its going to do.
