had a big night out last night and am only 15 minutes into the working day and feeling like death warmed up.

any ideas to make my day go quicker?

Drink lots of tea, the trips to the tea room will give your legs a stretch and get away from the computer. it'll do you the world of good as i'm feeling the same as you right now lol

None! But hopefully spend some time thinking about the fact that your body is trying to tell you something.

Modest diet, plenty of fresh fruit and veg. Good clear, sugar free and alcohol low fluid levels, no cigarettes, no drugs including cannabis. 30-40 minutes of vigorous exercise 4-5 days a week.

Very boring, but you will feel good every morning!
