I have a calling plan that says unlimited dometic long distance. Can I call my friend in Hawaii from New Jersey and not be charged more?

From Germany, I pay less than 1 cent per minute for calling the U.S., incl. Alaska and Hawaii! ;-))

Don't think so... I think those might be limited to the lower 48, since Hawaii and Alaska are not connected by land to the rest of the US.

You would really have to contact your longdistance carrier for the correct information.

Either that or you can all them and wait for the bill. Most US numbers are covered though and since those states are listed as US states and you don't have to dial any extra long distance or international numbers you should be able to call them with no additional charge.

Alaska and Hawaii are domestic... You shouldn't get charged anything extra. Might want to call your provider, just to double check.

Calling Hawaii should be covered, however, it is best to check with your long distance provider if you have questions. They are the only ones who can give you a definate answer.

Both states are domestic.

You shouldn't be charge for extra calling to these 2 states. Should your provider disagree with you, get someone else.
