He want to put it on a web site which supports ads. That is he wants to include it in an article to be published on the website.

This is not a technical question about how to save it, but a question about how one can get pictures that can be legally used in web articles about that personality.Some issues in copyright is involved.
1.Can we use a very small part ( a still image)from a video for an article about that person in a website which supports advertsiements.
2. If not,from where are all these websites getting photos?
3.How does sites Distribute large amount of video legally.

If your right clicking isn't disabled on the page with the picture, right click on it and click on 'save picture' and save it to your computer that way. The copyright to the picture will probably be on the picture. You won't break any laws if you don't sell it or use it for financal gain.
