I used to go to gym and got a great shape. I stopped for 3 months and got lot of fats around waist and thighs.
Then i used to jump in one place for abt 100 times followed by abs(50) a day. Within 2 weeks i lost lot of fats. Also drink lot of water.

your will have to do an overall weight loss procedure and then tone your hips and thighs with increased excersize! you can not loose weight from just one area of your body! try running or speed walking!!!
