No. You'll have to replace the entire body (with the pro-level D2Xs or D2Hs, or the semi-pro D200).
Same with Canon, Pentax, Konica-Minolta (Sony), and Olympus. Only Leica sells digital backs - for their R8/ 9. (You CAN get digital backs for medium format cameras.)
