I had plans and I couldn't meet him yesterday, anyway he drop me an e-mail say this.....
"Today was different in some ways......the urge to kiss you was not overpowering !....but the urge to see u was :) .....hope u have a good day." My question is does this guy have feelings for me?

Yes, I think he does have feelings for you. I think what he was trying to say was that the need to see you (which is great) was more important than just getting a kiss. I believe he was trying not to be so aggressive. His first priority was "the urge to see you". Again, he has set that as his first goal. His second will be giving you a kiss when you are most ready.

It sounds like it was in lust at first then he got over that and realized that you as a person are more fulfilling then the lust part of it, the kiss.
