Would I cut the recipe in half?

Heres the recipe:
4 1/2 cup flour
5 tbsp brown sugar
2 eggs
10 1/2 vegetable oil

so instead it'd be
2 1/2 cups flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 egg
and 5 1/2 oil??

i thanks you

Here you go....

2 1/4 cup flour
2 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1 eggs
5 1/4 vegetable oil

(remember half of 1 is 1/2, then half of1/2 is 1/4, and half of 1/4 is 1/8.... 1/16...1/32.... etc)

I have checked out the link... just a little tip for you. The picture shown was a bit "over fried". Don't fried until you got the same colour as the picture.

Fry it until light brown (before turn gloden brown)... and remove it from the oil at once... the heat will do the rest... and turn it to gloden brown.

Reminder: before removing it from the oil, turn the fire to the MAX for around 30 seconds... then remove it. ... Make sure you remove the excessive oil by the paper kitchen towel...

Enjoy it...

2 1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 T. brown sugar
1 egg

As for the oil--10 1/2 WHAT? Tablespoons, cups, pints?? Whatever the measure is, halving it would mean you would use 5 1/4.
