Sounds like vitamin B12 deficiency to me. Try eating more B12 rich foods ie:- liver, beef, pork, eggs, milk, cheese and fish.

Vitamin B12 is not absorbed well through the stomach so you should probably go get yourself a good multivitamin B complex supplement from the chemist. Just ask the pharamacist for assistance in which brand being a good brand to buy.

B12 will increase energy, maintain a healthy nervous system, relieve irritability, improve concentration, memory and balance.

If you are a vegetarian and have excluded eggs and dairy products from your diet, then you need B12 supplementation.

The recommended daily intake for B12 is 2mcg.

PEACE & GOOD HEALTH TO YOU

Have you gone swimming recently? Sometimes (not always) your inner ear liquid will get out of whack and it'll make you dizzy and feel like you're walking uphill even. It's not fun.
