No reason other than consideration of others would be why I might be careful of what I say and do to you. Stuff only has a serious effect on people if it is a terminal disease, or a maiming accident like losing a limb or something. Psychological trauma is only serious if you take it too seriously and can't get over it. I don't know what has happened to you, and I don't know what will happen, I just hope it's all good and if it isn't that you can deal with it and come out on top of the situation. As to this issue it is pretty broad, very vague and doesn't tell me any information that I can think about aside from it's vaguery.
