If your priest is asking you to allow him to give you a back rub, even once, I would definitely question his motives, and maybe seek the advice of another priest or someone from the local diocese.
That just is not a thing that priests should even be asking.

If your back aches and you are an adult I don't see any reason why not.

As long as you are over 18 there is nothing wrong with a back rub from your priest. You are lucky. I would die to have someone rub my aching back.
