i don't think it matters who proposes first. if you truly love someone, you wouldn't fuss over something like this. i personally think it is absolutely fine for a girl to propose first. but of course, most girls will prefer the guy to make the move, just because it is more traditional and romantic. but nowadays, it really doesn't matter anymore. as long as there's love, right?

Well i think it depends traditionally it was men (boy)who had to make first move But now as women(girl) have equalled even surpassed men in various fields, why not in proposing.

Proposing basically means expressing onself feelings for other and i think Women(girls) can do it in more sweeter and nicer way.
