Tony enjoys the chase, the hunt. If you allow him to pursue you, he will until you succumb to his charms or whims. If you want to avoid his advances, tell him to keep his hands to himself. If you enjoy his touch, tell him where you would want it & when.

If Tony loves you then this is affectionate or it could be that he is jealous and you might not like his moves. You need to tell him if you feel uncomfortable. If you like it then tell him. Part of not communicating your feelings might make it hard for both of you. You have every right to tell Tony that you don't want contact with him after you told him you don't want him touching you. Because Tony is obsessed with sex and hes going to keep touching you until you either give in or let him know you arent interested in that so that he understands you mean no.
