Get yourself on the right path!

That means diet and exercise. No gyms are needed.

Long walks of several miles in between good diet will do wonders for you.

When you do that excessive walking and get fatigued, your blood and heart will be in top shape, and you will be feeling totally great and ready to conquer the world.

yes, walking is a very healthy thing to do and would definately help improve overall health, although in order for a drastic health improvement, i would highly recommend a change in lifestyle. clearly the current way of life is slowly killing this person. so perhaps not drinking or smoking and eating healthier foods might also be a good thing to try.

I don't think it would improve health but it would remind the body and condition it so that when walking becomes not an exercise, long distances won't be a worry. Throw in water and wheat bread to keep alive with habits.

definitely. any kind of physical activity like that is going to be good for anyone! Walking is one of the best because it is not too physically straining but it works muscles and helps get into shape!

I wouldn't worry about it because once the alcohol catches up it's all over anyhow, so what difference does it make?
