no sorry its not self defence unless you've got a good lawyer.
it technicaly should be if he acts like going to attack you, but noooooooo. the justice system is very corrupted
(I'M NOT SAYING THE WHOLE GOVERNMENT, I cant stand conspiricy theorists lol)
