Why don't you control your cancer through meditation. Anyway for increasing saliva, take tea made from a tablespoon of fenugreek seeds every day twice i.e. in the morning and evening. You shoud get some positive changes in a fortnight.

My dad had throat cancer 8 years ago and also had radiotheraphy which tends to kill of the saliva glands at the side you have it on. He drinks water with every meal and inbetween to and this helps.

Good luck
