He went home to the US last week. He was here in my country for more than 3 months. He had flu and he took our local flu medicine. The doctor here also told him he has hypertension. What could be the reason and how to help my husband coz he is annoyed with it and I am worried.

he has high blood pressure, he needs to be on medication, lose weight and stop eating salty stuff.

Adrenal fatigue. Taking 1/4-1/2 tsp of regular ground cinnamon per day will help the hypertension. It will also reduce cholesterol.

I don't know where your country is but you mentioned your husband has just been to the US. All that travelling sounds like he may have picked some kind of bug up, don't take one Dr's word try others

Quick and easy possibilities other than hypertension include high blodd pressure, dehydration, and fatigue.
All of these need to be monitored.
