Today several of us girls realized we saw the dead eggs from lice on the heads we use for practice. We rip the hairs out..but should these heads have had lice? I know the lice is dead but still is this school following the proper conduct?

Most of the mannequins used in cosmetology schools have dead lice eggs on them. The hair used in the mannequins is from third world countries and unfortunately most of the contributors have lice. Included with your manni head should be a list of all the disinfecting steps taken with the hair before it was put into the manni. While it is gross and kind of freaky they are dead eggs and will not cause any problems.
