my 2 year old found a bottle of black refill ink for our printer and squirted it all over our carpet, couch,walls, toys, himself, this bottle spread a long way, i laughed in shock for a few seconds then started crying.

when my son was 10, a dog was run over and killed in front of our home. I hated to think about the dog lying on the side of the road all day until my husband could come home and bury it after work. Without any word from me my son came around the corner of the house with a shovel, lifted the dog with the shovel, took it to the backyard and dug the hole and buried the dog. Of course we had a 'funeral'. I was so proud of him being so kind and mature.
