in news papers we are reading news like Pune police arrested 260 youngsters for party ,girls also involve ..........whether thease younster makes future of india whether they are 100 % on fault being there adopting the new way of joys and culture ????? what about their parents are they so busy that they cant forward our indian cultur to their next generation what they received from past generation ??? what is % share in the part of parents for this ???????? then society ........whether our administration is capable to keep society claen from making offences ?????????? whther society people are breaking into individual groups rather that sociey as they are not bothering much about what happening around them ??????? what is the % of blame on society ....................if we says we are adopting western culture ................then why only culture of nonethical action .................westerns are richest ,wealthy , helathy , forward ............why we cant adopt this also

Fault is with all the three ... the parents , the youngsters and the societies.... the parents these days hardly care.. so are the youngsters they dont know wats right and wawts wrong they just try to be cool. and then the sociity who sees everything but neglects and doesnt act as it is supposed to act.

I may not be able to tell the % but yes, the parents are responsible the most. They don`t have time for their children. Just money, money & money. Maids are there to look after the children & they are free to do anything they want. Even if the mother is a housewife, many of them think that ``MY SON / DAUGHTER WILL NOT DO ANYTHING SHAMEFUL`` and they just stop worrying. Moreover, their so called friends persuade them to do many things which they should not. And at this critical moment (teenage) when the parents should interact with their children & give them a lesson or two of moral values, they are busy in their own world. Basically the thing is `Lack of attention`.

As a result of globalization and modern communications India's youth have gained more access to Western culture and a whole different set of values.
Western materialism brings with it a whole different culture and it's a sad but true fact that you cannot have one without suffering the other.
Today India is one of the world's most rapidly changing countries and is moving towards an era of renewed investment and consequential prosperity.It's relatively cheap labor market is attracting a growing level of overseas corporate industry and with it is being imported foreign customs and thinking.
These will inevitably challenge traditional family values as has happened in other parts of the world and in addition new prosperity sits uneasily with religion.
More disposal income allows for greater options as to how it may be spent and for young people that leads to temptations which before were out of reach.
It is not simply an 'Indian' problem you are highlighting here but rather one being experienced by parents in many countries where young people are more affluent and have greater opportunities than ever before.
Whilst higher standards of living brought about by higher incomes are welcome-money brings with it a whole set of new problems the types of which you describe and largely brought about by financial independence equaling independence from family,tradition and religion.

I remember a statement from the spiderman series 'Great power brings in great responsibilities'. We want more freedom, more power but we don't wanna take over the responsibilities. We no more care about anything else but ourselves.

These youngsters were given the power of freedom. They couldn't utilize it to the best of it's purpose.

We brought our selfishness out in the name of freedom. We want freedom of speech without realizing that our speech could offend others, we want freedom from our parents without realizing that they were the ones who took so many pains to raise us, we even want liberal sex without realizing it's counter effects... No wonder a few people have started developing a kind of feeling that the olden days were better as everyone was free and still he/she held on to his/her responsibilities.

We are racing ahead in technology, but our ethics have regressed.

With the issue that you stated, it would be just an act of generalizing the issue if we start finding faults. The root trait here is the freedom offered to them. If parents offer freedom to their kids, it's just because they trust them. The people who got caught are the only culprits for the issue.

Let me give you and example. You abuse me. I lose my temper and abuse you back. Who's the culprit here. You - because you started it? Or me, because I continued it? Instead of blaming people let's find out a way, where everyone can contribute equally to the effect that such things don't happen any more.
