We are inlove and trying how to get married not in malaysia cause it not safe for him. as an american comming to malaysia is a risk for him. please do help us out

He should be able to do most of the paperwork in America and even set it up so that he can sponsor you. All you would have to do is fly to America, sign some papers and say "I do!" This is not an uncommon situation, and you should not have any problems doing it. If he is unsure how to do it, then all he has to do is go to the city hall or find out where he should register to get married. Someone there will be able to give him all the information he needs. I am a Canadian and my wife is Taiwanese. We had no trouble getting married at all. We did have to do LOTS of paperwork, but it was worth it. Don't worry, but you also need to make sure he is doing everything right.

HE can petition you for a Fiance VISA as long as you can prove that you are indeed boyfriend and girlfriend. You will be asked to interview at the american embassy and they will decide whether or not to give you a Fiance visa. He still might have to go to Malaysia for the interview though but at least he doesnt have to stay long.

Why is it that coming to Malaysia is a risk for him?Is it because its not safe?I think that the both of you should discuse about this.
