Its normal. Chew on stuff, like the end of a pen cap, gum, or invest in some Wellbutrin from your doctor. That will help you out alot.

Sure is. If you stopped without help, then now's the time to look at what you are going to do to replace smoking.

Take up some new activities to keep you occupied and your hands busy. Not only that, but really interesting projects, learning a new skill or hobby can give your the same endorphin highs that you used to get with nicotine.

Excercise is one of the best ways to make you feel good and keep you trim. Eat healthy food and for a week or so, fruit juices will correct your blood sugar level. After that, water is your best bet and it will also help flush out the toxins from smoking .

I went to see a hypnotherapsit last sat to stop smoking and it has been amazing....I was totally unprepared and thought no way can some bloke stop me from smoking, but he has and I haven't wanted a cig since. It cost £125.00 which sounds like a lot of money, but hey if it was for cigs then we can find it no problem. And me being a 20 -30 a day smoker if it only lasts 3 weeks then I won't have lost out. I would seriously reccommend going to see one, check local ones out on the web.

I gave up 18 months ago & still get urges to smoke.

Try the nicotine chewing gum - it worked for me and I had smoked for over 30 years.

Good luck.

Put your smokes money into a money box you cannot get into, when it is full, crack it open and treat yourself. (Not smokes!)
