you appear to be over ambitious person...
such people use to be always in hurry... rather in haste... they try to do more work in lesser time... you must remember that there is a maximum and a minimum limit of efficiency with which you can accomplish a task in a perfect manner... you are perfectly alright... just TAKE IT EASY...
all the best...

Sam, sounds like ADD or a hyperactivity disorder. I had this as a child and was on ritalin and phenobarbital for ten years. Through the years, I have used alcohol, cigarettes and other chemical means to moderate my attention span. However, I have recently received a prescription for a drug (non controlled, so not addictive) for Stratera.
Essentially, concentration in persons with ADD is always a constant struggle. Do some research on this condition and talk to a doctor. Take some tests and see if you are afflicted. There are remedies. As for me, I have learned to concentrate through tremendous effort and persaverance. Successful, fairly wealthy and for the most part happy and able to complete most tasks I set for myself. Take care

any sort of depression can be tide over by faith in GOD and sincere prayer.
Your prayer is from your heart. Further You must have to understood the fact that God is present in our heart. This can be realised in meditation. Further we are the creation of our own destiny. As per Hindu sacred religion, we carry all good and bad deeds life after life. There is no end unless we pray for unification of self with the divineliness.
Hence there is always a possible way to complete mergence with God in this life by a simple and wonderful meditation

physical exercise of some form would help. any oudoor sport, a workout in the gym with wieghts or aerobics, jogging, walking or martial arts. once your concentration levels improve, throw in some meditation. you could read The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle.
