i have always heard on news that a person just collapse suddenly when he was extremely healthy
what can be the causes of sudden death if drugs and alcohol are not related at all?

Undisclosed heart problem . Or sometimes it could be a weakened heart by years of drug use even though that person may have quit using for years . Food allergy can also kill suddenly .

you can be very healthy, but that does not necessarily mean your body is healthy. you could still be lacking certain proteins, enzymes, etc that your body needs, but be unaware of it. i suppose some of the causes could be hereditary, maybe heart attack or stroke? maybe a blood clot? [i dont think that could cause death, but i guess it depends on where it is in your body].

There are lots of reasons. Could be cardiomyopathy. Which is just an enlarged heart. You could have an anurysm which is just a weakend blood vessel, and it bursts, are just a few.
