hi,

i'm expecting an international shipment of an item labeled as "incense as sample with ZERO value" from US bound to Philippines.

my questions are:
1. will this shipment be inspected by the customs of destination country?
2. where is the drop-point for the item? will it be direct to the receiver's address ? or should be picked-up from customs office?

1. Yes. Any shipment is subject to customs inspection. Your shipment might be inspected, although they don't always inspect everything.

2. Unless there is a problem with the shipment, it will be sent to the receiver's address. If there is an issue, you'll be contacted by phone and they will let you know what to do.
