A lot. He also changed the message God gave in the Bible. That is a biggie.

Not all of the 10 commandments apply to everyone. In particular, the command to keep the Sabbath is really only applicable to Jews. There are many commandments in the Bible, and many of them are to set the Jewish people apart as a holy kingdom of priests. The Sabbath, other holidays, and kosher laws are all part of that.

Muhammad did not keep the Sabbath, so far as I know. But he would not have had to. Christians today do not keep the Sabbath either. Sabbath is very clearly Saturday.

1. "I am the Lord your God, you shall have no other gods before me"
The God of Islam is not the same as YHWH. In Christianity, Jesus is God in flesh (John 1:1;14, Colossians 2:9). In the Bible Jesus was crucified, but in Islam Jesus was not crucified (Surah 4:158). Christians and Muslims do not worship the same God.

2. "You shall not take the name of God in vain"
Muhammad claim to be a messenger of God but in reality he is not sending God's message.

3. "Keep Holy the Lord's day"
The Sabbath day rest is not in the Koran, but attending Friday prayers is a must

4. "Honor your father & mother"
By Muhammad's actions of robbing others, killing men, raping women. In every sense of his action, he dishonored his father and mother.

5. "You shall not kill"
Surah 33:26-27 reveal that Muhammad beheaded two Jewish leaders.

6. "You shall not commit adultery"
After the battle of Qurayza, Mohammed claimed a beautiful woman named Rayhana, whose family had just been killed, and took her to his bed that same evening.
Mohammad received a revelation that allowed him and his fellow Muslims to have sex with married captive women. Surah 4.3 mentioned that Married women are defined as those “whom your right hand possesses”

7. "You shall not steal"
Muhammad encouraged looting, his followers in Sura 2.214, 2.218 raided a caravan near Nakhla and killed muslims during the sacred month of Rajab. As a prophet of God, Muhammad gets a part of the booty.

8. "You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor"
Muhammad condoned lying, in Surah 16.106 which allows a Muslim to lie if threatened.

9. "You shall not covet your neighbor's wife"
The wife of Mohammed’s stepson, recorded in Kitab al Tabaqat, 8:101-102 - The Messenger of God came to Zaid Ibn Haritha’s house seeking him. Zainab Bint Hahsh stood up to meet him in a house dress… and the Prophet was filled with admiration for her.

10. You shall not covet your neighbor's goods"
Mohammad had heard about a large treasure and to find its location, he tortured the grandson of Abu Rafi, a man named Kinana, by placing fire on his chest. The treasure was found and Kinana put to death.

It's clearly evident that Mohammad broke every of the 10 commandments given by God to Moses.

Whether Muhammad did or not, how many Christians today actually follow what Christ had taught? By the way, was it the Propher Muhammad or was it Muhammad Ali?

Not at all...

Muhammad completed the ten commandments, and backed them up. It's all one religion.

Peace.
