With reference to the Holy Bible, what are the living things created for us to consume as food ?

Many things in the Bible were condemned. Like
animals that are scavengers, and eat dead flesh.
Pigs that eat anything, and have cholesterol and

In todays wolrd, we know about the basic food groups. And as long as one doesn't indulge in any one type of food. And uses all the food groups, which work together to get rid of bad
chemicals and enhance good ones. One should do okay.

From the start, God does not wants us to eat flesh..only herbs (Genesis 1:30)..then came grains and nuts. Only after sin entered this earth was the eating of flesh as food began. But God put provisions on it. Read Leviticus 11:2

Some may say that these are for the Jews alone. Take note that God is the one who created us..so He perfectly knows what should be the best for our bodies (not only for the Jews’ bodies).

We can eat “every creature of God” as long as “it is taken with thanksgiving”? Oh really…uhm…can I eat you? Jaz kidding! 

How can this be answered? Without the premise of the Bible (I presume that you are speaking from a Christian viewpoint) there is no answer because you say not to use what tells us which living things were created for us to consume as food. That's like saying, without referring to traffic laws, what does a red light mean?
