Why can't we all just have one bible, one church and one faith?

Question

Why do we have to have so many countless of different types of churches?
Why is it that each and every church out there thinks that the other church is incorrect at what it is teaching even though they all go by the same belief that there is a heaven, and a hell, and we all had come from God the creator?
And why is it that some churches believe in teaching fear first before one can have faith and how come love isn't consider to be first before FEAR?

Because the world is a complex & fascinating place filled with many different people who have the free will to worship how they choose. I think this can be looked at positivley & negatively.

On the negative aspect this difference in beliefs has led to great tragedy & religous wars. The is horrible & devastating & yes, wouldn't it be lovely if this didn't happen. But, by having individuals in the world, people are able to believe what feels right to them & because of freedom in some places people are able to escape religous persecution.

I honestly beleve that no one can truly know what exact religon is right. You just have to go on faith & what you feel is true in your heart. I also believe that many different religions all worship the same God, they just go about it differently.

As for the use of fear by some religions, this behavior goes back ages & ages. Fear is used to control people & to promote their own agenda. It's a disgustic tactic & unfortunately, it is still used today; not only be religious leaders, but by politicians, as well.

Because Satan is the god of this world and has twisted everything to distort the real truth of the one true church of God. It is the overcomers who have separated themselves from the rest of the world and live by every word of God and who will eventually inherit the Kingdom of God. Not all church's preach a doctrine of truth that teaches love and understanding through a personal relationship with God the Father. Yes, you must fear the Lord your God out of love and respect for His magnificence and power in all that He has created and in all that He is. If you can understand the reality of fear through faith in the word of God for that reason, then you will begin to understand the reality of what it takes to become a true child of God.

Like the nazerines are against drinking & dancing.
There's something for eveyone.
Fear is what keeps ppl believing, when they doubt their faith.

Fear is a better motivator than love, and a lot easier to explain. People take advantage of other people who love them if they can. But God doesn't put up with that kind of garbage.

We did, the Catholic Church founded by Christ, until Luther came along and removed some of the books from the Bible.

Church is a community.I think it is great that you can select the one you like. We will never agree on all things. Worship is for God. I believe that the Bible is true.

I dont know about churches. But i think all religions have this different types. All who think they are better. But the one in Islam uses the same book but different stance in prayer. but we all pray the same way. that is why we think the bible was written by man after the real one was lost. there are so many versions, different teachings. in islam, its the same teachings. everything the same. different types.. but all still the same. That is why we think it is the true religion. everything is the same. Think about it
