the last 2 weeks I have had cronic back pain. the pain varies, sometimes it's my lower back most of the time it's my whole back. It's sharp pains that shoot through my back. Along with the pains in my back I have cramping in my stomach. Anything that I eat gives me this horriable cramping my stomach. All I can do is find a comfortable postion and wait for it to go away. which it never really goes away...I have been taking Tylone for my back pain, it only helps if I take high doses of it...about 1500 mmg at 1 time. Can anyone give me a clue as to what is going with me?

It sounds like (from what you described) you MAY have had food poisioning.
Whether this is accurate or not I would see a chiropractor to make sure you bones are properly aligned (it can take a few visits to get them to stay that way). And if the muscles do not relax on their own uses a massage therapist.

Much pain is from muscles below is an example of what may help (based on headaches).
Begin with a couple swigs of molasses or a couple of bananas (natural muscle relaxers) daily - magnesium (which regulates many things in the body) and potassium (a needed building block for muscles).
Drink at least 1/2 gallons of water per day. Running a body low on water is like running a car low on oil is the analogy the head of neurology at UCDavis told my husband about 10 years ago.

Now to the cause - muscles - your back, neck shoulders and head have tender spots. They are knots in the fibers of the muscles called trigger points. It makes the muscles tight which makes them press on nerves and other things causing the pain.

The cure - start with a professional massage, (if this does not do it you probably need a chiropractor as well) you will also want to go back over any place you can get to 6-12 times per session up to 6 times per day rubbing (or lightly scratching on your head) every where that is tender until the knots go away. The place where the skull connects to the spine press up under the edge of the skull (to get to those muscles).

For more information read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies. It teaches what to do and where the pain comes from.

You need to c doctor. I herd on a FOX infomercial that 80% of Americans will experience back pain sometime in their lives.
weather Ur pain is a sign of a serious problem or strain can only be determined by a CAT scan or MRI. A good painkiller is Tramadol a non-narcotic with a kick. Be careful but, read the side affects.

I had similiar symptoms for months finally when it got bad I went to Dr and was told I had gall stones. See your Dr. It could be this or something simple like a pinch nerve, spastic colon ect. Definetly get it checked out soon.

The Tylenol is killing your liver. It is toxic in those high of doses. Go to the doctor and find out what the pain is caused from.

I would go see a Dr...could be something serious....or it could be something as simple as a poor diet.
