How can I get to Victoria from the USA (besides flying from SeaTac)? Thanks!?

My favorite is the Victoria Clipper from Seattle Pier 69 to Victoria harbour.

You can also take Washington State Ferry from Anacortes to Sidney just north of Victoria. Or the Coho Ferry from Port Angeles to the Inner Harbour.

Taking a ferry will not require a passport until next year, unlike flying that requires one now.

JuanB has got it. You can also take a B.C. Ferry to Vancouver and drive across the border
