pray from your heart Jesus knows all that you need

Prayer is merely communicating with God. There is no formal method. You can speak to God in the same manner that you communicate with another person. To pray in the name of Christ merely implies that we pray in His authority. It doesn't necessarily mean that we end all our prayers with the phrase, "in the name of Jesus." Now, there are stipulations, so to speak. We must pray according to His will, (1 John 5:14-15; James 4:2-3) and we must live our lives right. (1 John 3:20-22). That doesn't mean we must be perfect, because none of us are. And the way we know His will is by reading and studying His Word. (the bible). Above all, we should ask in faith (Matthew 21:22 - And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.” also see James 1:6-7. It's important to remember as well, that God answers all prayers (Jeremiah 33:3). He just doesn't always answer in the way we want Him to. He answers in the way that's best for us. I hope I have been helpful to you.

If you have submitted your life to the Lord Jesus, I think there are some straight forward approaches.

The Bible has so many references and gives the best direction, being God's word. I always start by lifting his name up above all things, praising him for who he is, then ask for help in having a humble heart. I ask for his guidance in my prayer life as well. What does He want you to pray for is a good question to start with, and then ask.

Psalms are great. The following verses are pretty solid places to start, but don't be afraid to ask the Lord for help.

There is no proper way to pray. You can pray anywhere and any time. All you need is an honest spirit and a humble heart. Remember God always answers prayers. Sometimes the answer is no and sometimes the answer is wait, so just be patient all things happen in Gods time.

It wouldn't be prayer if you didn't wholeheartedly feel it. Every religion, though some have more synchronized ways of expressing prayer allow their followers to pull up whatever strength, confusion, emotion or desires from the bottom of their heart and soul and express them to God. SO whether for you this means praying on your knees, standing up, on a boat, falling from the sky- just make sure you know how you feel and how you want it expressed to God (christ).

Common misconception of man in praying is to simply pray to God from your heart and pray in the name of Jesus and one shall receive his or her request.

However, not all people who pray get access to God. And not all prayers are qualified prayers and therefore not heard up there.

First, the bible has laid guidelines for man to be able to be heard by God. He must be a follower of the Word before getting free access. The bible tells all how.

Praying "in the name of Jesus" or "in Jesus name" doesn't work that way. What is the name of Jesus through whom I can pray? Or should I pray "in the name-Jesus" instead?

You see, so many complications! Proverbs 3:33 says "The The curse of the LORD is in the house of the wicked: but he blesseth the habitation of the just." Two groups of people receiving two different things from God! Curse for the wicked and blessings for the just or the righteous! So, we have to be considered "just" by God for an easy access to him! If not, expect curse then!

Next, there is this praying "in the name of Jesus"...how is this? No, Jesus never taught his disciples to pray this way! he said - "anything you ask the Father in my name"...! So, we have to find first what does this mean - "in my name".

Praying the Lord's prayer doesn't work that way either. Jesus said - "Pray ye in this MANNER..." and not "Pray THIS..."

Let us understand first all these...then we can start praying...

Good luck and God bless...

No. No one can. This is something that after you accept Jesus Christ and repent you open yourself up to the Father and ask for Him to send His Holy Spirit to you. Then you will pray, speak with God always through the Spirit of God.

Remember when Jesus Christ ascended into the Heavens He explained to His Apostles that He must go so that He could send the Comforter. That's it.><>

Tell you what, I will pray for you right now, I will pray that God will speak to you and you will speak to him. There are no guidelines, just speak from your heart. It doesn't matter where you are, who you are, God always listens. He wants you to pray right now. Just close your eyes and tell God your needs. Prayer is powerful, it might not happen now, but when its right it will.

Simple talk to Jesus as you would a person.
You can quote scripture (bible) about the need.
Have a minister anoint you with oil and pray for you (go to a bible believing Church).
Most important you should accept Jesus as your savior:
Romans (3,6,10)
Eph 2
Rev 18-22
John 3
Job 19

I used to think there was a certain way we had to pray...but now I know that he knows what you need and he hears you just the same, if you just talk to him in your own way from the heart, no need to say just words(prayer) that you may not truly mean, those are only words if it is not from the heart....just talk to him like you would to your best friend.
