Quick ----- get a sponsor --- someone you can call anytime you feel like using --- you've come too far to go back now. Besides, you'll never get back with your boyfriend/fiance' if you do that. It's not healthy to rely on one person for your well-being and stability --- you've got to get some more support that you can depend on --- that's way too much pressure to put on a relationship. I know how tough it is and you feel so frustrated you just want to go back to what you know ------- but you'll only feel worse in the long run --- disappointed at yourself for letting yourself down --- the more you stay strong the most self esteem you'll get. Did you know there's an AA online where you can chat with people? I don't know if there's a NA or not but it's worth checking into ----- hang in there and get a different routine going! Good luck!

So you had some one to keep you clean, you did it for him or yourself. Put yourself first, OK there are groups to go talk to, groups of young people, old people, people that have gone through the same experience. You have to replace the need for the drugs with something that will take your mind off of him and drugs. The way I see it until I have kids I come first.

For now, you might need to simply 'white knuckle'. Simply do not use today. Hold on to sobriety till your knuckles turn white and simply know that the pain will showly decrease. Then try safe, simple things untill something helps a little.
Sobriety during angst is very difficult but very worth it.

Focus on something else you love almost as much as him, and ask yourself if that object is enough to keep you straight. If not, keep looking, maybe even combine things you hold dear.
There is nothing easy about love. This is going to be one of the hardest times in your life. Be strong.

love him more. spend more time with him. reduce the hours of being lonely. always be in a company of good friends. and above all, stick on to some healthy habbit. Gardening, Yoga, Paintings and such hobbies would give you peace of mind and keep your mind engaged with something else. You will get a good control over your body and mind by practicing pranayama. get a membership in any religious organisations and engage yourself there for as many hours as possible. and wat else? Join a detoxination camp too -Best of luck.

Go to a support group like NA, Narcotics Anonymous, to help you get through this. They will help you all you need. Good Luck.

Find someone to talk to. Don't use this as an excuse to hurt yourself. If it is meant to be it will be, and, if not, you will find someone else. Remember, the harder you chase something, the further away and faster it usually runs.
