Yes...you can write about General Francisco Morazan who was the warrior that made possible the Central American Countries Independence on the 15 of September of 1821...hope this can help you. Forgot to mention the name of the countries were: Guatemala, El Salvador, his country Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica. He was a very famous soldier that fought for his beliefs till the day he was killed in Costa Rica accused of been a guerrilla man. Arriba Francisco Morazan, me as a Honduran feel so proud of men like him he was like George Washington.

You could write about America Ferrera. She is Betty from the show Ugly Betty on ABC. She didn't grow up in Honduras but she has two Honduran parents who grew up there.
The article from wikipedia has an error. She is not from Salvadorian parents. That needs to be corrected. Other than that the info looks right.
