It says on the label of the box serving size 1 egg, calories per serving 90. I read somewhere else that a fried egg has 45 calories.

Based on one large egg:

Egg White 17 calories

Egg Yolk 59 calories

Fried Egg 92 calories

Hard-Boiled Egg 76 calories

Poached Egg 76 calories

Scrambled Egg 100 calories (includes addition of milk in recipe)

Silly question, but here is a real answer. Double Quarter Pounder 2 X 740 cal =1480 Large Fries 1X 500 cal = 500 Shake 1X1160 cal = 1160 Total for Lunch 3140 cals Congrats in your lunch alone you consumed enough calories to feed a 6 foot 4 inch man for a whole day. Now, go get that pizza

You are looking at more than 2,700 calories from your lunch alone. That's more than a days worth of calories for me (even with a 45 minute run 5 days a week).

The calories won't go down, they might actually be more depending on what you coat the pan with. Low Calorie Pam with work the best if your worried about calories.

approx. 92 calories, may fluctuate depending on what you are using to fry it (oil, butter, etc.)
