Schistosomiasis is a systemic infection, and thus a disease, caused by Schistosoma organisms, or flatworms. There are varieties of Schistosoma organisms, mostly parasitic in nature, and they have different pathogenesis, of which includes cutaneous (which involves the skin), intestinal, and even urinary schistosomiasis.

Schistosomiasis, also known as bilharzia (bill-HAR-zi-a), is a disease caused by parasitic worms. Infection with Schistosoma mansoni, S. haematobium, and S. japonicum causes illness in humans. Although schistosomiasis is not found in the United States, 200 million people are infected worldwide.

According to Tabers Medical Dictionary
Schistosomiasis is a parasitic disease due to infestation with
blood flukes. Infestation occurs by bathing or wading in water
containing cercaria which have issued from snails.
I would suggest finding an oriental(chinese) doctor or herbalist on the Internet if there are non near you, They have the kind of herbs to get rid of Flukes.
