Yes! Jelly Belly prides themselves on using real ingredients in all their candies. Therefor chocolate Jelly Belly jelly beans do have real cocoa powder in them.

P.S. The vomit flavored jelly beans were an accident; a couple of years ago Jelly Belly was working on a pizza flavored jelly bean. When the few they were testing were ready the head honcho complained that they tasted more like vomit than like pizza, and the formula was shelved. When WB asked Jelly Belly to make "Bertie Bott's Every Flavored Beans" the "pizza" recipe was brought back and used for the "vomit."

Unfortunitly there isn't a substitute for chocolate which naturally contains caffine except for carob.

Well, considering the vomit flavored jelly beans (they do exist) don't contain any vomit...probably not. Artificial flavoring is the norm these days.

probably not. Most likely they have an artificial flavor that tastes like cocoa. Amazing, isn't it?
