Green tea contains caffeine and polyphenols; both have been known to cause nausea.

Caffeine can cause insomnia, anxiety, irritability, upset stomach, nausea, diarrhea and frequent urination in some people.

Tea also stimulates the production of gastric acid, resulting in indigestion.

Tea can also be a problem for those prone to heartburn and stomach ulcer. Heartburn results when gastric acids rise up and spill into the esophagus, causing irritation.

To put this into perspective, many other foods also cause the stomach to secret a lot of acid.

green tea makes you pee a lot. so you get a lot of impurities and bad stuff out of your system by constantly peeing. its a very natural substance that is good for just everything. your body, your skin, your health, everything. you should drink green tea about 2 times a day. :) My mom looks younger than she is, she has been drinking green tea everyday, 2 or 3 times a day, for the past 20 years. she is like addicted to it. but she's healthy though, and she youthful.
