I am taking a Phentermine break for the second time it's seems worse than the last. Any way to keep myself from becoming a ravenous hog and a lazy butt? I sleep 11 hours and want to eat everything inside..aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah

erm...
why are you taking this to begin?
and to you mean amphethamine?
well... withdrawl is not pretty-- under any cirucumstances
well... if it's a diet kind of thing, it shouldn't be *that* bad
but withdrawl in the clasic sense feels like you'll never be happy again. ever.

trust me, you will though. and you'll be happier after, b/c you know what it feels like to be sad.

I definintely get the cravings when I don't take mine. Alot worse when I am taking a break too! What I've been doing to maintain my weight is taking one and skipping 2 or 3 days in between. The effects of it seem to last a little bit. At least those are the only side effects you and I are getting! My sister turns into an evil b****! lol The are the most greatest thing ever invented for me though! I went from a 14 to a 6 along with going to the gym!

Don't go cold turkey. Wean yourself off it. Take half a pill (if you've got the kind you can split) or every other day.
While I'm taking it, I take a break every week to allow myself normal sleeping and eating patterns. That seems to make it easier to stop at the end.
