mine is naturally wavy/curly/frizzy/kinky. it all depends on the weather outside and how dry it is too. but i never leave home with out about 45-50 min worth of using a flat iron, blow dryer, curling iron ever. or it pulled back in a tight pony tail.

yes its a genetic thing. hair type can change over time. mine did during puberty. My hair was always on the straight/slightly wavy side before about 13 yrs old. after that it started getting curlier. now it is more curly than wavy. My dad has curly hair and this is why i do now. When you go through major changes with hormones hair type can change. If you look under a microscope at the follicles you will see that curly hair has a flattened follicle while straight hair follicles are round. :)

My natural hair was curly when I was a little kid, but as I got older and gotten few hair cuts it became wavy. I am currently 19 years old btw.

it was naturally straight up until 7th grade. then it turned curly. its weird, but it runs in my family

wavy and curly...it's sometimes loose spiral curls, other times rexlaxed wavyness. I've grown to like it.
