I work at the M&M factory, and I was present when that batch of moose morsels (as we call them in the bussines) were being processed. What happened was Milford Munson was filling in at quality control for Mavis Mills who was on family leave because her husband Miles Mills had been injured in a freak accident on the packaging line. But that's not important right now.
So anyway Milly as we call him, he's a bit wall eyed and really never has been able to see to clearly. And as it turns out has really never mastered the English alphabet (We later found out that's why he lost his job at the Alphabit Soup Factory), Milly didn't notice that the new guy Malaki Mastovichski put the moose morsels into the printer upside down, we went half the day before Mary Masterson noticed the mistake.
