like they give you this weak handshake. They like barely grasp ur hand.... like if your going into a job interview you want to give them a nice handshake. but in like chuch *i'm catholic* some have such bad handshakes......
how does one deal with this...do u give them a weak one in return? or do you grasp it like you would your normal handshake?

I suggest that with elders and seniors you shake hands like they do - it is not for us to teach our seniors. With those junior to you take the initiative and grasp the hand firmly and affectionately. We have a responsibility here to appear in control and to be affectionate.

This is one of my biggest pet peeves! I grasp their hand just like I normally would and let them give the weak handshake while getting a normal handshake from me.

You should shake their hand with your natural way of handshaking, regardless of what their handshake is like, being yourself, meaning natural is always best even in handshakes.

You should like grab their hand like real hard and like show them what a strong grip really feels like!
