I still use the word shall, from time to time. Pretty much whenever I'm including myself in the activity? I'll say, "Shall we go" but "Will you be going?".

We don't use "shall" any more. Just "will"

1st

use of will for 2nd person & third persons (in future)
use of shall for 1st person (in future)

2nd

use of will for 1st person in that condition will be used if 1st person shall do his work at any cost (compulsary in future)
&
use of shall for 2nd or third person in that condition will be used if 2nd or third person will do their work at any cost (compulsary in future)
