If you are in America, you ain't supposed to call Cuba but if you go to a dollar store, almost any dollar store, you can buy an assortment of phone cards. They come in $2, $5 and $10 values mostly, and I expect you can find one that'll let you call Cuba for a nickle a minute or even less.
